The Career Paths Program is an entirely voluntary program for full and part-time employees seeking to advance their knowledge and skill set to prepare for advanced opportunities within LaVie Rehab. Application into the program is required, and will be reviewed by the Career Paths committee on a quarterly basis.

Procedure:

1. Interested employees should request an application from their immediate supervisor, who will approve and forward the request to their Human Resources
Coordinator for consideration.

2. Every quarter, the Career Paths committee, comprised of LaVie Rehab senior management, will review applications and select individuals for participation in the program.

3. Selected individuals will be notified and receive a complete program packet which includes all tools necessary for completion of the selected program’s curriculum.

4. Participating employees will be provided a mentor at the beginning of the program to assist in the employee’s successful completion of the program.

5. Minimum requirements for participation in the program are outlined in each targeted career path. Participants have one calendar year to complete the program.

6. At the completion of the program, each participant will be allowed to choose three locations for which to be provided an interview once the targeted position becomes available.
