As one of the top rehabilitation companies in the country, LaVie Rehab provides comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients in 118 skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the country. At LaVie, we understand the complexities of providing effective rehabilitation to patients with varying complex medical conditions. Our focus is “hands-on” rehabilitation, which helps our patients recover from illness or injury, and regain function and independence.
Utilizing state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, we work hand-in-hand with each patient, helping them to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Our dedicated staff includes facility-based therapists with on-site department management. Further support for every rehabilitation team includes Regional Vice Presidents of Operations, who provide operational and clinical support for no more than two regions each. They are paired with Regional Clinical Specialists, who provide clinical training, clinical resources and regulatory support.
